We love all of our clients at Incredible Beauty Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return again. Take a quick read. BOOKINGS

To secure an appointment, I require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. payment is made when you initially book, through bank transfer.

UPON ARRIVAL

I'd like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. please arrive to your appointment with no eye make-up on. Eye make-up can affect lash extensions & lash lifts and removing it takes time. And eats into the slot you have paid for.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We always strive to provide excellent service and maintain a 100% client satisfaction rate. In a rare instance of an unsatisfactory experience, we are committed to providing you with the needed correction within 7 days from the initial service, and if there was a mistake on our part, a full redo will be provided. However we ask our clients to notify us within 24hrs after the initial service took place.

HEALTH HISTORY

Knowing the health history of our clients is an important health factor in delivering a safe and comfortable experience, as well as a satisfying result. Sometimes even the smallest changes in the body chemistry can affect the result of the treatment. Hence, we politely ask our clients to always inform us of their allergies, physical issues, taking medications and/or pregnant.

NEED TO CANCEL?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.

LATE ARRIVALS

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please contact us. If you are more than 20 minutes late without informing us, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked for.
